Alex Jones:

Ron Paul: what's your perspective on how the media has been ignoring him and demonizing him?

Nigel Farage:

It's fascinating. I must say the more I listen to, the more I read what Ron Paul has to say, the more fascinated and the more respect I have for this guy. Because this guy has got courage, he understands that people want to be set free from the big government. And he is not scared at taking on any issue at all. You know, I watch him. There was one of the primaries the other day where Ron Paul got 27%, an amazing figure. And yet the BBC virtually refuse to even admit the fact that he's actually contesting the race. And I understand that many conventional parts of the US media has been the same. You've got a Ron Paul figure that comes along and challenges basic assumptions of that, to some extent I try to do some of the same things over on this side of the Atlantic, and it's like a media blackout. So I just admire Ron Paul, he's worked hard on this for years. And whilst he's not gonna become the president, I think the ideas that he's sowing in America, and particularly amongst the younger generation, those ideas will survive long after Ron Paul.
