Life Philosophy for a More (or less) Happy New Year 2024!

Since the 2023 was generally quite a bad year overall, a better new year 2024 could perhaps be ensured by seeking and adopting a more optimistic, forward looking living philosophy. Enter the 'Philosophy of lower expectations!' Which goes something like this:

 

  1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

  2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
